Ter's new video is about the real drama of the 21st century, and she is 100% sure it is the poor relationship between the screen of a computer and the screen of a cellphone.

Cellphones work vertically and computers work horizontally, and there are things that you can do on both of them but the cellphone always had to adapt to the computer.
One of the things cellphones did was to add a function to the cellphone so you can use it horizontally by turning your device to a side. Cellphones were tired of always having to change and be like a computer, but then, in 2013 stories were invented.

This was a thing that made sense only in cellphones, because it would be really awkward to watch something with this format on a computer, and it is one of the main things that forces you to have a cellphone.
As time went by, stories evolved and futuristic filters were made, that could (for example) put you the face of a dog on you, and follow you as you move your head so it would look realistically

Those filters were made by Snapchat but because it was a so simple concept, they couldn't patent it, so every social media app copied them.
The vertical format started being the real thing, and celebrities and artists started doing their own filter.
Filters like these were possible only because cellphones stopped trying to adapt to computers and started working on themselves.
Hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I did writing it!
